Working With Me
Creating a Supportive Therapeutic Environment
When working with me, I aim to create a space of deep listening as we explore the inner world from a place of curious observation. I walk alongside you to support your personal meaning-making process. I am genuinely interested in your values and beliefs and how they can contribute to your journey at this time.

Building a Therapeutic Relationship
Building a therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance to me, so I trust your lead regarding the pace and direction of our sessions. Consequently, sessions can be quite varied as I draw from various therapeutic tools and modalities that facilitate a transpersonal exploration. This means delving into the realm of the subconscious or even spiritual aspects of ourselves that may influence our current life circumstances. As we gently tend to these inner aspects, we empower ourselves by building awareness and attending to them accordingly. I find mindfulness techniques, art therapy, guided visualization, and focusing techniques helpful in supporting a greater capacity to be present with what arises during our sessions, which reflects the nuanced aspects of your life.

Expertise in Assisting Individuals
I have extensive experience in assisting individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and substance use issues. Additionally, I have helped individuals navigate deep immersive experiences, including spiritual awakening journeys and psychedelic-assisted therapies. I'm passionate about supporting the integration of this work, meaning helping individuals weave their personal insights and new understandings into their daily lives. This ensures that the benefits of these experiences continue to shape their individual growth and well-being. My goal is to explore personal understanding and relationships with these unique experiences to foster a greater sense of meaning and therapeutic outcomes.
